Chris Chok

Musical Director

Undeniably one of Vancouver’s top musicians, Chris Chok began his musical journey with Royal Conservatory piano at the age of three. Completing his ARCT by sixteen, Chris went on to perform with the Vancouver and Victoria Symphony Orchestras in addition to touring across Europe and Egypt.

Though classical music had always been a staple in Chris’ life, he soon discovered a newfound passion for contemporary genres, emulating the sounds of artists like Elton John, Stevie Wonder, Billy Joel, Bon Iver and The Roots. Now a highly sought after session keyboardist, arranger and songwriter, Chris can be found putting his concert grand aside for a Nord Stage 88 as MD for Warren Dean Flandez’ touring band. As Musical Director of Studio Cloud 30, Chris Chok is the mastermind behind studio productions for live performance and recorded music.
